Welcome to Hard Talk, where we pose questions to both top executives and budding entrepreneurs on some of the major issues involving business.

Internet has become an integral part of our life.
Even a minute of internet outage at work causes havoc.
Not only is internet a critical part and parcel of business operations, but also has become an important aspect for students.
But while the world has moved ahead with faster and much cheaper internet, Fiji has had its share of constraints.
Recently we have seen increased competition leading to faster and cheaper internet in the country.
Unwired Fiji Limited began its journey seven years ago in October 2005 as the first wireless internet service provider in Fiji.
The company has continued to evolve more so since Digicel took control of the company.
Currently, it is the first and only telecommunications company in Fiji to provide internet services using 4G WiMAX wireless internet technology.
Charlotte Taylor heads the corporate sales team at Unwired 4G.
Ms Taylor has been appointed the new face of Unwired Fiji and has a big task ahead of her as she aims to take the company to new heights.
This week, Unwired launched the 4G WIMAX 802.16e which is a fourth generation of wireless communications standard systems.
It provides portable ultra-broadband internet access from desktops to laptops with Wi-Fi connectivity.
Feeling the need to work with the community, Unwired will support the community by providing free wireless internet to Hilton Special School as well as the team from National Disaster Management Office.
?We feel like we need to work with the community more and we?re doing that currently with Hilton Special School and we have done it on other platforms for example Fiji Fashion Week, Mobilise and helping them to communicate,? Ms Taylor said.
?Particularly with Hilton Special School we are helping them to develop through the web and with the teachers to get training material, do research and things like that using the services we provide.?
The wireless device only needs to be plugged into a power source and it offers access to the internet through wireless connection that spans a 10-metre radius.
Ms Taylor said the device would prove to be handy because it would be a good back-up because it?s very small and mobile.
?If they need to move locations that can just take it along and be able to stay in contact as long as it?s within the coverage range,? she said.
